Re: 3rd ODI Highlights (A Zimbabwe Win)
Thanks! Great to watch. Nice to see there were quite a few kids there, liked the interview with the potion-maker and the rapper, though I couldn't understand what he was rapping about...

Re: Dissecting the 2nd ODI

Then Elton can bat higher up the order and bowl as third seamer and the spinners can still (try to) put the choke on in the middle overs. I'm not sure about Chibhabha for Waller or Mutizwa yet (Mutizwa has the better case at the...

Just thought I heard Pycroft's guttural tones at one point, might have been wrong though.

Re: [Series Thread] Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
Absolutely terrible selection. What on Earth were they thinking with that attack? We may have a strength in spin but you still need two decent seamers to start things off. Even India back in the day had a couple to keep it tight. Rainsford should have played, no question. It is still good to see Ver...

Re: Highlights video for the 1st ODI
Thanks for putting the highlights up- living in england and not having Sky I get hardly any chance to see the boys play. Who are the commentators? Thought I recognised Andy Pycroft, but not sure about the others.

Re: Coaches of Zim Origin
My old uni housemates' dad is head of PE at Norwich School and works closely with Richard Sims. Sims coaches cricket, rugby (which he was equally good at) and hockey there. I never met him but he was "in the building" when a group of us hired nets at the school.

Same here. It is annoying. I understand the problems but it would be nice if it worked at some point in the future.

Re: Colin de Grandhomme
I can see him making the New Zealand set-up eventually, but I wouldn't put too much stock in his bowling stats as his kind of medium-pace stuff takes a lot of wickets in NZ and there are few bowlers able to step up from the State Shield to international matches.

Re: Interview of Raymond Price
Thanks for your comments guys. I'm glad you enoyed the piece. I'm certainly going to enjoy my free subscription! I write the odd article for cricketweb- its a very good general cricket site, the forum is excellent- although I prefer this one to talk about Zim because there, I'm the only regular "Zim...
