Sad to see Shumba not in the starting XI. Not the best decision that. Congrats to Williams on finally getting to 4000 ODI runs. Good debut for Kaitano and typical Chakabva consistency that we have come to expect of late.

The Sri Lankan keeper dropped that ball during the appeal; or do we not play that rule anymore

It’s harsh on Shumba for sure, but who do you drop from the middle order? It’s basically him or Wes, and Wes is the incumbent in this format.CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Sun Jan 16, 2022 11:22 amSad to see Shumba not in the starting XI. Not the best decision that. Yeah pretty good selection imo. Looks as solid as it can be. No real weak linkssecretzimbo wrote: ↑Sun Jan 16, 2022 11:25 amIt’s harsh on Shumba for sure, but who do you drop from the middle order? I think we might regret Larry playing over Jongwe. Think Jongwe offers something a bit different and might get some good movement at first change under the lights laterslcricfan1 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 16, 2022 11:27 amYeah pretty good selection imo. Shumba unlucky but no bad calls on the batting line-up for mine. Actually good to have a deserving player in reserve without a selection fail sticking in a random retread.

I'm happy Wesley managed to stick around until we got 200. Around the 37th over too. Time for Raza to knock it around for a few overs then we go big. Sean has to be the anchor

Wicket looks like batting paradise ..anything less than 320 would be criminal I feel
