Hmmm ya not a bad squad, though I'd make a change or two.
Why Matskinyeri is still hovering around the set up is beyond me, he should be dropped and an all-rounder like Keegan Meth or Greg Strydom should have been included. I like the inclusion of young Waller (Though I'm not sure which one it is..) as he's a real star in the making and I'm sure will be an important part of the future side.
I don't like the inclusion of R. Chakabva atall. I whatched him bat in an A' game for Zimbabwe in 2008 and I wasn't impressed one bit ! Somebody like Foster Mutizwa should have been included. Still selection baffles me...

He's there - they've just misspelt his name slightly. F Mtizwa, second on the list.

He won’t play. That top 7 has Forster, Vusi Chibhabha, Sean Williams and Ervine among others which leaves him and even Stuart Matsikenyeri searching for places.

All these players are above them in the pecking order for the national team.

Fantastic for nathan, but cant believe malcolm hasnt even been picked. He has averaged 50 since january, the second highest in Zim, and he still cant make it. How are people like Malcolm supposed to prove anything? The team cant expect to do well by continually picking guys out of nick (coventry 26, cibhabha 19, matsikineri 17), it doesnt add up

Well Charles Coventry has shown enough promise with the bat recently to keep him in the side. Don't forget how well he batted in the two T20's. Chibahba deserves to be in the squad I think. He scored a very classy 50 in his only outing in the Tri Series and I think he'll only get better and better.
However Matskineri has no right to be anywhere near the set up. He's scored poorly domestically and internationally he's proved useless in the past 12 months or so. But all in all, not a bad squad selection

Matsikenyeri kinda reminds me of dinish ramdin of west indies fame. Both were very good at age group levels such as the under 19's and showed lots of potential early in their carrear that they have some semblance of talent but neither has progressed really with the bat for all their experience that they have under their belt. In fact both have got a lot worse, Matsikenyeri is still good enough to play domestically keep him their for the time being

It's a sad story about Ramdin, he should be dropped for now. His shot in his last innings emphasises how out of form he is. But It's just pure stuberness aswell.
Stuart deserves to play domestically, but not internationally
