Masakadza seems to be settling into a good spell of form recently.

92 from 23 overs, that means looking for at least 6 per over from now on to put a reasonable score on the board.

Disaster has struck, twice

Masakadza out for 92 and then Utseya next ball, 167-7 with 6.4 overs left.

What a dreadful finish, 166-5 after 37.5 overs to 173 all out after 42 overs  .

We can only hope that the conditions are good for bowling, especially spinners with Utseya, Price and Maruma all in the side.

I think that Hamilton Masakadza has just about come out as the best batsman today

yes an awful finish at 1 stage i thought zim were goin to get around 220 but their lower order jus floped and there were lots of ridiculus needles run outs the running was shocking there could have been at least 5 runouts :o

Its times like these we see the true worth of elton chigumbura, We were missing a seventh batsman today and in all probability an extra seamer. If he was in the side it would probably mean a better exaleration towards the end

A pretty bad day at the office for everyone except Hamilton Masakadza, without his innings, today would have turned into a total rout.

This result is, barring a number of miracles, the end of any lingering semi final hopes.

Hopefully the players can pick themselves back up and put in a better performance in Paarl tomorrow.
