Drop Chigumbura, he can't bowl any more, and only one 50 in ODI's this year.....
Re: [Match Thread] 1st ODI (South Africa v Zimbabwe)
He is ordinary club cricketer like many others in the squad. Also an insult to Taibu when Dabengwa goes into bat before Taibu in the last game.sloandog wrote:I mean for crying out loud, okay he scored 12 off 3 balls. Wupty doo !!Flower power wrote:Agreed . Dabengwa did not justify his inclusion in the squad with both bat and ball .
His offspin is poor, and i've seen him field and he's not of international class
Re: [Match Thread] 1st ODI (South Africa v Zimbabwe)
If Dabengwa is named in the starting line-up, Alistair Campbell clearly has no idea what he is doing and should be sacked.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Another hate thread?eugene wrote:If Dabengwa is named in the starting line-up, Alistair Campbell clearly has no idea what he is doing and should be sacked.
Dabengwa is not is not in the one day squad, him and Coventry were only named in the T20s.
But the man made 12 not out from five balls first game, and had only three balls to try and make a difference in the second. In short he did no worse than Charles Coventry.
Can imagine if it was Coventry who had made the 140 against Ireland two weeks ago. We would be getting calls like, 'include him he can play the longer format!"
Re: [Match Thread] 1st ODI (South Africa v Zimbabwe)
The Dabengwa hate threads died out years ago, much like his career had. Somehow he has been resurrected.

Agreed. I'm not too bothered about his batting, we all know he can't. But the fact that his useless of spin came into play was pathetic. There's better cricketers than Dabengwa now, surely the Zimbabwean selectors can see that !eugene wrote:The Dabengwa hate threads died out years ago, much like his career had.
