New Zealand really missed Jacob Oram and Scott Styris.

Yes mate, but Tamim especially would have given his side a much bigger advantage than Oram or Styris could. Mashrafe is alright, but he's not the same anymore due to so many surgeries. By not being the same I mean he can no longer pick up wickets as much as he used to, he's more of an economical bowler now and with the new ball can still be deadly. Bangladesh also had an injured Nazmul Hossain, and this is a guy that has been playing with the team for quite a while in place of Mashrafe. NZ did struggle, I mean some of their players made pretty bad decisions but so did some of the Bangladeshi players. You can't take it away from Bangladesh. I think they deserved to win and to be honest I think if a full strength Bangladesh side and a full strength New Zealand side played this series, Bangladesh would have still won it. The inclusion of their fielding coach Julien Fountain and their new bowling coach Ian Pont helped them a lot. The energy on the field is something I haven't seen since that match we played against India in the WC 2007. So Zimbabwe I think has to go out there and play their hearts out in order to come away with a series win. I'm rooting for neither teams as I will be happy if either win it and sad when the other loses, so I'm hoping somehow this series ties

Bangladesh did play well. With Shakib Al Hasan in the side, Bangladesh have a chance to beat anyone on their day. Shakib is a beast with bat and ball. I am happy to see Bangladesh making progress at last, even if it does come at the expense of New Zealand.
