Overall a good bowling effort. We've probably let them get 20-30 more than they should have. Chatara gets wickets but is a run liability and often undoes all the good work the others have done.

We can definitely chase this. Not the easiest pitch but we need to bat sensibly. Pick up the 1s and 2s and just keep the strike rotating. No stupid shots unnecessarily which I know will be hard considering how Dave wants us to play with an attacking mindset only regardless.

If you had asked Zim at the beginning of the day would they like to chase 235, I think they would take it. Its a 50/50 score, even game from here but all we need is 1 big partnership and not to go too hard early. Come on Joylord and Ervine to set a platform

235 should be a gettable target under normal circumstances. If Zimbabwe fail, it's because the batsmen choked. It's really Zimbabwe's game to lose from here

Mind you in 2018 we required 235 in 32 overs and we almost made it there. Am still really pissed off at DWL for removing almost 10 overs from us and just about 7 runs. I will never get over the maths in that.

Yep, agreed. Good way of looking at it.

Destiny is in our own hands here, it's not like we're chasing 350 and it needs something supernatural. If the batsmen turn up today, play sensibly - positively but not recklessly - then we can chase these runs.

I don't want to see us go into our shells, we definitely don't want this going into the final over. Treat it like it's a 270 run chase.
