Rahmat could crack 300 in this game. Williams and Ervine must be spewing that they didn't go on and make big daddy hundreds.

This puts our first innings into perspective a bit, but it's not a bad thing to play on a deck like this from time to time because it's given Bennett and to a lesser extent Curran some nice memories at this level. And the subcontinent teams (looking at you Pakistan) regularly get to pad their stats on highways.

Maybe Myers is worth a few overs. Masakadza used to be our medium-pace golden arm and we need someone like that right now!

Our bowling is definitely a problem, despite what people think. Not one of our seamers can bowl 4 probing deliveries, never mind 5 or 6. It's ridiculous how many balls have been worked onto leg side for comfortable runs by the batters.

But am fairly sure its not a Shona name. They're the only Myers I've ever heard of. Even Dion is quite an unusual name for a Shona guy, I'm sure there's an interesting story there.
