The DOJE thing is idiotic and a smoke show for the morons who support Trump. Federal workers make up less than one percent of the U.S. budget and the tax cuts they are proposing for the top one percent will increase the deficit by an estimated $4 trillion. Unless they have significant cuts in either Social Security and Medicare or Defense - which is around 70% of the U.S. budget, nothing goes down. It's very simple math, unfortunately very simple people don't understand it.
You’ve got $100 income (tax revenue) and you spend $120 so you’re running a -$20 deficit. Now you decide to reduce your income to $90 via tax cuts. You do this by spending $30 less on food than normal. Then you spend $50 more on fancy clothes. And voila now you’re running a -$40 deficit in the name of being more fiscally responsible!

Your grade 5 Economic lessons are great.
If that's the basis on how you invest I'd keep the risk small.

If tax is that good why not make it 100% tax and provide free food and lodging?

I'm sure increasing disposable income and encouraging investment counters the decrease in government revenues.
Of course there's a happy medium there somewhere that someone has presumably crunched the numbers on.

They've claimed they're going to decrease government spending as well, but that remains to be seen. I'm yet to see a government do that.

His big plan is creating this Soverign Fund by selling off state land. Now that's make or break.

Did you enjoy the moderately successful comedian get obliterated in the White House?
Clearly he's not part of the peace process. Made people squirm but clearly he no longer has a seat at the table whilst the world carves up Ukraine.

Arguing over trump and Biden in a Zimbabwean cricket forum is just completely wild 🤣 having opinions on who is better when they are both just as corrupt, by different masters. I Hear there’s a new strain of covid hitting western shores soon, make sure you get your 7th booster shot, while wars are caused and funded by your leaders all round us. But hey puff daddy was a bad dude so it doesn’t really concern me about all the wrongs people in power are doing ! Cricket and sports are my/ most people’s escape from that world, please think of the kids man !! Also Kendrick was dope at the Super Bowl !!
Indian and English cricket is a cult and bazball is delusional and embarrassing. Bumrah chucks it, Cummins has a shocking seam position, stokes is a fraud. Bangladesh shouldn’t have test status, Bradman was a coat.Marco Jansen is good, zim will rise !

If you're hanging your hat on inflation reaching 20% you're going to cry. I think you'd be better off sticking it all on Space X and putting your feet up for a couple of years.

Markets went up in anticipation of the Trump presidency, they're volatile because of the tariff thing, it will all calm down when he stops his bluster and people will see if the Doje thing works. We're loving watching the corruption come to light. It makes every single shit-hole African country look squeaky clean in comparison.

The tariff thing that is getting everyone's panties in a bunch is just a red herring to get people to negotiate. Stay calm.

Tax cuts are across the board. You tax the rich they take their money elsewhere.

There's surely a difference between migrant workers and illegal aliens. They're locking it down for now but that will resolve. You weigh up the costs of what 30 million illegals costs your country vs more expensive labour it's a no contest.

What I find alarming is their plan to create a sovereign fund. They're smart people but that needs to be really transparent or that's going to be a genuine theft right up there with what Ken Sharp has done here.
Also alarming is his handling of the Ukraine and Mid East issue. He's clueless. Russia ain't letting America anywhere near Ukraine.
Keir Starmer is pledging troops and they're talking about conscription- the fastest way to get 3 million Zimbabweans back home
If anyone wants facts watch every single thing Colonel Macgregor puts out. The man is a genius.

I see our Gold Mafia has been at Fort Knox, a whole chunk of your gold reserve has vanished. You live in the most corrupt nation on earth.

We can finally watch MSM again, the hysteria is fun. President Musk is keeping us entertained.

65 billion saved, from funding things like trans comics in Peru, sounds good to me.

Zimbabwe having the best Test, ODI & T-20 sides in the world also sounds good to me as well, unfortunately, neither are true. The supposed “savings” by DOJE have been found to be either widely exagerated or flat out lies by even conservative publications. Although, I don’t know what scholars like Tucket Carlson think. Lol
