Chamu is better off playing seam, and in the WI he is best up at the top as he gets bat on ball quickly.A quick synopsis of his major batting achievements speaks to this.
P.s anyone with a live streaming link please send me.I am still stuck at work.

This is a fair point. Chibhabha has spent virtually his entire career batting in the top 3. It does seem a bit of a reach for people to automatically assume that he would be successful at 6 or 7. Especially considering that one of the major criticisms of his game at international level in the past has been that he has really struggled to rotate strike against spinners.Tinashce Ruswa wrote:bayhaus wrote:I like Chibhabha and would also have him bat lower down opening I don't see us getting to 50/0 like with Mawoyo hope he proves me wrong.totoro wrote: Chamu Chibhabha (I think he should bat at seven. For me, if Chibhabha plays, it has to be in top 3. Else, there is no point in having him in the team

Agreed. But it would be silly to alter the current top order to slot him in I think so he'd probably end up batting at 6 or 7.CrimsonAvenger wrote:For me, if Chibhabha plays, it has to be in top 3. Else, there is no point in having him in the team
Can we read anything into this tweet - https://twitter.com/chamulaw/status/304904357214842881 - does it confirm he's playing?
Re: [Match Thread] Vice Chancellor’s XI v Zimbabwe - Tour Ma
That would tend to be my view. It's not impossible that he may be successful further down the order, but I would probably prefer other options who are acustomed to batting there.CrimsonAvenger wrote:For me, if Chibhabha plays, it has to be in top 3. Else, there is no point in having him in the team
