Another one lost to Zimbabwe? We would like to welcome to the club and our premier team, a Zimbabwe A player, Bradley Staddon.
Adrian has been in negotiation with him and the Immigration Dept since August 2008 and after what seems an eternity it's finally come to fruition.
He arrived in NZ on Sunday and has already had a net with Azhar on Monday and was at the team training on Tuesday night.
He is a top order rh bat and a right arm medium pace bowler. We look forward to his playing against Waitakere on the next two Saturdays.

Bradley Staddon in NZ
I don't know if this has been reported here already, but it looks like Bradley Staddon is in New Zealand, planning to turn out for Eden Roskill District Cricket Club. Here's the link that suggests this: http://www.edenroskillcricket.co.nz/

Standard...
For what it's worth, I don't think he was a genuine national team prospect anyway, but it still weakens the domestic game, and will continue to encourage players to look abroad...

Ya,looks like a very standard club. The experience of playing there will develop his batting skills definitely. He is a good young player averaging around 34 in 4 FC matches.
Let's see if he does return to Zimbabwe or include his name in the long list of player exodus...
