This is not only Taylor's fault, I don't think any captain in world cricket does it (although may be forced to soon with the new rules).

Instead of taking the bowling powerplay in the 11th over, when Pakistan were undoubtedly on top... why not wait until now during the middle overs? Batsmen have shown a reluctance to take the batting powerplay in the middle overs and wickets do tend to fall during powerplays. An ideal time to take it would have been just after Shafiq got out. The bowling powerplay maybe should be seen as an attacking tactic, rather than a conservative "let's take it straight away and get it over and done with" tactic.

IF Chiggs bats well enough, IF Zim win then Cgigumbura is on his way to Man of the match award

Big wicket! :W:
Jarvis gets Younis Khan.
Only got this off Cricinfo, but apparently that's another stunning caught and bowled!

So if we were able to take our half chances on dropped catches we would have changed the complexion of the game way before .

Last 5 ovs 14/2 RR 2.80
Good display as the end of the innings approaches. 7 overs remain so in excess of 265 is still likely but if Price and Utseya can continue strangling Misbah and Akmal until the end of their spell and the quicks take a wicket or two... who knows? Maybe 250 is on the cards.

2 overs from Masakadza mean a one or two guys aren't going to bowl their full 10. I'm guessing it might be Vitori unless he takes a wicket.

This is what I kept harping on about, the thing with Chigs, he is a genuine alrounder, and we dont have many of those, Lamb (the closest) is a bit of this and that, Chibhabha isnt much of a bowler (and batting aint going so well either), Waller is being picked as a batsman. So for all those clamouring for Chigs' dropping you need to seriously think what he offers and acknowledge there aren't many who can do it. TBH his batting has been off for a while, but his bowling has been decent all season.
1. Mawoyo 2. Duffin 3. Sibanda 4. Taylor 5. Masakadza 6. Williams 7. Chakabva 8. Creamer 9. Jarvis 10. Rainsford 11. Mpofu

jarvis has for more potential than any other young bowler in the country, he must be played as much as possible . talents there just not the experience , he could be a zim great if managed properly
