Shady Hamza reversing it already yo. What do these Pakistani boys have us mere mortals don’t?
Does tape ball cricket really teach this? I don't get how our guys don't have this skill. Akram is probably the guy who gets the most movement on his day.

Nothing is going to happen to him. People have really made a big deal out of this but he will be fine. Funny thing is you see a lot of these guys out, all over the place. They are very accessible. I'm sure he isn't the first one to get into a fight and won't be the last. We have already forgotten how a Chingoka got run over by 1 of them who has a history of DUIs.
A lot of these guys out all over the place? You lost me there?

Will be interesting what reception NW gets at Takashinga.
Some serious threats on X about what they're going to do with him for daring to defend himself.
He’ll be absolutely fine. Eagles are basically Takashinga anyway, they wouldn’t have selected him if there was going to be a problem. If anything his selection today probably shows ZC and Eagles have his back?

Ya maybe, it would be a good message. Chivanga and Kamunhukamwe standing front and centre would be a scary thing for any trouble makers.

we are playing as many four day games as fifty over games this domestic season

Always do...

I definitely don't think there is too much 4 day cricket played. 8 matches per team really feels like the minimum. Guys are pro cricketers and need game time and volume. This is the best way to get it.

If your argument is that other formats should have more fixtures, then I do agree to an extent. That said, I like the way that the NPL has filled this gap a bit in the last couple of years. Especially this year, the top end of that was very similar standard to a lot of franchise.

A better T20 competition would definitely be useful though. As we've just seen, this is the primary format for the likes of Uganda and Namibia, whereas it seems to be an afterthought in Zim. That's a dangerous attitude.

Other Naqvi off to a measured start 7 off 34.

He’s snuck under the radar a bit. He as awesome as his brother?

If he was as awesome as his brother he'd be playing for Rhinos

Rhinos is the dream one day. Old pops Naqvi has said no for now though, he wants to make donations to all the franchises bless his soul.
