I think the best these guys can do is try and double the score and get a bit into the 200s. Have some proper batting practise and avoid record defeats.

we need to remember this is the first match of the tour with only one warm up game, these two just need to try and bat out the oversJemisi wrote:I think the best these guys can do is try and double the score and get a bit into the 200s. Have some proper batting practise and avoid record defeats.

When is Malcolm ever in form. He's batting like he always does. Horrific.
At this stage i'll take it though.

Maybe ZC should be taking Minister Coltart advice on the selection panel as their selected side which Makoni bulldozed through is really being shown up tonight. Why was Shingi and Rainsford left behind when Mpofu is selected. His bowling tonight shows why he doesn't open the bowling for the tuskers and the national selectors persist with Uteysa when he couldn't even make the mountaineers team

I am following the match on cricinfo Sadly I am enjoying the comments and occassionally looking at the score.
That practice game was a waste of time cos the opposition was just too weak I think playing one of our own francises without the national team players would have been better practice or a Zimbabwe A side. An on that note why dont we ever have those games of a Zim A vs Zim XI or Board XI or ZCF XI or ZFU XI

I'd like to see hhm's XI take on Eugene's XI, although the latter might struggle for wickets with 11 Craig Ervines bowlingbayhaus wrote:I am following the match on cricinfo Sadly I am enjoying the comments and occassionally looking at the score.
