We should win this match, 289 is a good total to defend. Got Windies on the back foot. :W:

He’s sucking air from Botswana. Needs an ice bath and some BP tablets.
What a knock! Beautiful. Fantastic. Silenced his critics today.

Brendan Taylor doing an interview right now, his accent has changed a little? sounds more.....aussie?
There's definitely a twinge of something there isn't there. I think being in Nottingham for three years has had an effect
How do Notts people talk?

always amazes me the diversity in England. One town 5 minutes away from another town can have a different accent and culture. Im talking native poms too.

   Anybody see the crowd behind Jason Holder just then? That was brilliant, Holder and a member of the crowd laughing
Noticed that. That's what you call good banter, and not this crap we see in Aus and India etc etc

im not entirely sure thats true with the club sports because they simply cant fill the big stadiums.

Rugby, league or union, is such a TV sport that it doesnt really get massive crowds apart from semis and the local derbys. Thats half the argument to take it to the smaller decrepid stadiums.

HSC is perfect for Harare though. itll rarely fill, has facilities but plenty of character
But that's the thing. The fans can see it, the leagues cant. They will still want to play in the bigger stadiums and get the most they can. There has not been enough investment in sporting venues in Aus to be able to have specialist grounds or use the smaller venues. The smaller venues are devoid of investment and when the government invests so much in one stadium, they will do everything they can to recoup that, so essentially all the teams must play at one.

HSC, the grounds in SA, and even in NZ are fantastic with the banks and the older style look to it.

I see Hammy warming up with the ball. Ominous sign, they don’t think it’s turning either.

Time for Raza & Chisoro to open the bowling for early wickets.

He and Sterling would be my front row pick.
