Oh! that was a real stab in the dark. So, what is Anthony Marillier up to these days?

Well, at 69 he's probably retired. I came across this photo while researching the Theo Passaportis question. The first name that comes up when you search for "major" + "rhodesian army" + "cricket" is that of Dan Stannard (http://zimcricketforums.com/viewtopic.p ... nard#p4656) and the photo shows the two of them at a BSAP (British South African Police = the Rhodesian police force) function.CrimsonAvenger wrote:Oh! that was a real stab in the dark. Here's a bit of info on Tony in John Ward's biography of Doug:
Doug has a strong family background in the game. His father Tony was a stalwart for the Police Cricket Club for years in the sixties and seventies, with a reputation as a powerful leg-side player, and he represented the national side in a couple of one-day matches, but without success.

349. Name this man behind all the work I have done to hide his identity, who once said he would break the highest test score record one day?
