[Match Thread] Bangladesh v Zimbabwe: 5th ODI
Re: [Match Thread] Bangladesh v Zimbabwe: 5th ODI
Could this be the day Elton lives up to his reputation...a quickfire 50..
Lets hope for a defendable score, these guys shouldnt really worry about wickets now..they should at least try and throw heir bat around..its a lost cause if they keep going at this rate..

Very sad to see your hopes being dashed. Zimbabwe is not bundled for less than 50, Razzak hasnt get a wkt, Spinners only got 1 wktKriterion_BD wrote:Zims have got to convert. just a solitary 50 from utseya this series isn't good enough.

If Zim don't throw their bat in the ;last 5 overs just so that it will be 176 for 4 then we are surely not going forward with our batting, and Bang will surely deserve a victory, cos they are currently much stronger than us but I would LOVE to be proved wrong here.

well i still hope for a 9 wicket win or better...that too will probably be dashed. but i'm very annoyed with zim batting. they batted quite well taibu and ervine but i wish they had given us a testing target instead of 170 or 180. had they gotten 250 (achievable on this wicket) it would have given us some practice ahead of WC. 220 would have been a par score as the outfield is hella slow.Dr_Situ(ZimFanatic) wrote:Very sad to see your hopes being dashed. they way zim batted at the outset. i either wanted zim to to be blasted out for under 50 or a 100. or have them give us a challenge. those are both win win situations for us. this game serves no purpose for anyone, ZIM or BD.

Abdur Razzak to Taibu, SIX, short on the middle stump. Taibu makes room and lofts it over long-on for his first six

Good knock Taibu, got to give it to him. He fought it out today, putting a price on his wicket, just like the old days.
