Great bowling! Price exceptional and Dabengwa handy towards the end. We can't forget Rainsford and Mupariwa who were extremely economical. Utseya was great and Chigumbura once again was our breakthrough bowler.
I just hope we can bat responsibly, as this is a low target.

i think Matsikenyeri can open, they shud not loose wkts early on but i feel they should attack the ball and bring the required rate to 1 run an over then play slow it down from there.dylan wrote:bangladesh all out for 124 zimbabwe should chase this down the key hear is not to lose early wickets and i wonder who is going to open the batting with sibanda out of the side
12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

I agree. We need to wrap this up reasonably quickly to avoid being in a pressure situation. Certainly we should try and get a few runs on the board before the spinners are introduced.Sir Mupariwa wrote:i think Matsikenyeri can open, they shud not loose wkts early on but i feel they should attack the ball and bring the required rate to 1 run an over then play slow it down from there.dylan wrote:bangladesh all out for 124 zimbabwe should chase this down the key hear is not to lose early wickets and i wonder who is going to open the batting with sibanda out of the side
If Matsikenyeri opens, that could allow Williams to bat at 3 - which wouldn't be a bad thing.
