Jongwe has gone home for personal reasons. Maposa into the squad as replacement.

Roy is captain

Bennet and Campbell aren’t playing today, which I hope they’ve done just to troll nelson and Donald
They mistook him for Jason Roy. Never mind, shit happens.

Some of you are just endlessly being sarcastic and troll the team. It's ok at times but gets a bit irritating if done all the time. Of course I'm no one to be saying this but still...

Chasing 252 which should be do-able. Pitch doesn't look the friendliest though - form one end in particular on the camera it looks really rough? But then from the other camera at the other end it looks green. Weird.

Our batting lineup is pretty strong. Should be able to chase this against an inexperienced attack.

Batting is quite strong, yes, would bank on Gumbie to continue with his upward trajectory, would love to see Wes and Shumba get some runs under their belt as well.

Great to see Gumbie doing well here , for someone who has a very mediocre domestic record Gumbie has been surprisingly good so far at international level. Good to see Shumba getting some runs as well.

I do agree it is disappointing not to see Bennett and Campbell in the playing XI but I'm pretty sure they will get their chance in this series.

Chivanga getting a 4 for, his is an interesting case, while many of you have spoken about his pace, but at times he has been wayward and leaks runs too... How does he fit into the side? And do the management have faith in him to be a long term option? One option is for him to replace Chatara but Evans and Jongwe are eyeing the same spot as well and they are better bats... Almost bowling all rounders. So Chivanga has to be a far greater threat and far more consistent to get a place in the side.

Mavuta again impressive. I'd say him and Wellington should be rotated in the playing XI, that is if the management feels they are needed. Because with Willo, Raza, Burl and Wes, we are in a situation where a stand alone spinner is probably not needed at all... Again tough decision for the management... But. Mavuta is making a good case for himself in anycase.

Now who’s trolling?

Wellington will always be the primo spinner, his surname dictates so.

Replace Larry?! He’s the cheapest death bowler on the circuit after England’s Chris Jordan.

Tanaka would be in my team, his waywardness is mitigated by his extreme 150kph pace. Like you say though, he is competing with Larry, Bradley and Luke who are all better bats, which like it or not seems to please selectors in this day and age whom don’t trust batters to make the runs. That’s not just ZC, that’s anybody.

Nice to see Milton (these first name terms today  ) make a 50.

I’ve always rated him better than Wes, who believes his own hype about being the Chris Gayle of Zimbabwe. Regular cricket and working hard on his game will bring a bright future for Milton. I feel he’s got the mindset and maturity to go away and put in the work if something isn’t going quite right for him.

40 off 10 overs with 6 wickets in the shed.

Here’s where the wheels have come off so many times in the past. This isn’t over until the scoreboard says it is
