If a game is called off do the batters' runs go towards their stats?

I’m not sure, I was wondering similar yesterday. Whether Curran and Nyamhuri’s caps even counted after the match was abandoned.

A wheeled cover with fans? Between that, the HPC and a Merlin you’re wanting to blow the entire budget and deprive the suits of pointy shoes and green label.

Yeah all stats count. The only thing is that there is no win or loss.

Especially Nyamhuri, he didn't even get on the field.
It's a moot point, he's going to fairly soon, but the speeches are over.
It was good to see Nyamhuri get emotional. I wonder if he realizes what an opportunity he's been given?
Some of these guys i think need to renew their vows.

I wonder what the thought processes are of guys like Madande, Dion and Maru as compared to Curran.
BC surely knows he's got a small window and the pressure has to be double. He's not getting 50-100 games like the others, nor should he. I'm just using him as an example, before people get their panties in a twist, I could just as easily inserted Kaitano or Maruma's names in here.
I'm not saying there's no pressure on the other guys because obviously everyone wants to knock it out the park, but their worries are slightly different.
I saw they said Dion was undroppable. That's more than half your pressure completely gone. Depending on your personality that will build if you're not doing well. Throw a captaincy on top of that and it just gets untidy.

So it sounds like Curran had a shocker. Does he look like he can cut it?
A few things are at play here. Debut nerves, delayed start, wickets that was under the covers for 4hrs and it was raining.

Those thing may have contributed to his performance so can't really judge him it will be very harsh.

However, taking all those thing away and just dealing with how he played not in a thousand years will he be an opener in international cricket. He was out of sorts didn't have the skill nor the technique of a top order batsmen let alone an opener.

Only time will tell, give him a good run of about 15 games or so. But with Zim FTP to get those in a space of 4 or 5 months is difficult.

The quality of our bowling domestically is shocking. 115 km bowlers that aren't particularly accurate. The step up is just too much after that is your equilibrium.
We have to rely on the guile of the batsman to adapt on the job. Then work on recruiting some imported fast bowlers and stop with the Logan cup expansion talk.

100% of his ODI career in no results, yet all of his runs are being counted.
