So did Nyauchi just rat out Chatara or how did this get leaked?

If so, Victor deserves to be punched in the head.
Victor is a seriously scary guy. Not many folk will say a bad word to him.

If it was VN it's hard to understand the motivation, that's why I'd like to believe he's got nothing to do with it. This divide and rule thing they've got nailed down though.
IF it was VN, and that is a big IF at this stage (although hard to see who else?) then the only thing that would make sense to me is if you look at the only 'experienced' bowlers in line for national selection, it is only VN and Chats.

Richie/Blessing hold a mortgage on their spots atm, deservedly so, and at this stage the remaining two spots in a squad would be a shootout between Newman/gwandu (the projects), Chivanga, or the experience of Chatara and VN.

So theoretically, with all the heat on DM for selecting green project players, they would turn to experience, and by assassinating Chataras chances, he is the last man standing. removed his most direct competitor.

IF that is what has happened, that is incredibly vicious and VN should be tossed aside too.
I'm sure its not true, but the problem is you get rewarded for that behaviour here.

I think what I find funny with all the discourse on twitter is.

How the coach always gets what they want. Well if that’s the case, Why do we have selectors?
The coach is merely a puppet

No idea. Just recording it (whoever that was, it may not even have been VN?) shows some poor intent.

It's caused a world of problems for Chatara. I feel really bad for him. There's tension between the two of them, but that could be because he felt he was drawn into the conversation? It will come out in the wash today.
Every single player i know complains about ZC. Friends will now be demanding people turn their phones off for a mere social. It's a big wake up call.

If it was VN it's hard to understand the motivation, that's why I'd like to believe he's got nothing to do with it. This divide and rule thing they've got nailed down though.
Just an observor
If its Nyauchi he was rewarded by being named in the test squad even though he did play a game..
Maybe its Welly , throwing these 2 under the bus,
Nyauchi vs Hami is a well known feud..

I think its unfair to throw Welly in this mess, he is a really great guy who really is about his cricket and keeping to himself. He happens to have a surname which might bring some nepotism rumours in the room! Its really going to be interesting to know if they will ever find out who leaked this but yeah i think thats it for Larry! On a side note, i never thought he would sound the way he does, he has a very thick manyika accent which makes everything he says automatically funny!
The higher you go the cooler it becomes.

Why can't games scheduled to be played at Takashinga be played at OH? Takashinga has got terrible drainage in the rainy season.

Why is Lavert Masunda not opening for Eagles? They're so shit this season and need a guy that can grind out some runs.

Why does Madhevere bat at 6? They're giving this guy the softest batting position imaginable and he's still not getting it right. It's a bad sign when he's asleep in the change room and basically has to be woken up to go and bat. At what point do you give him his last chance to turn it around?

Their one seamer (forget his name) arrived drunk and had to be sent home. That should apply to any player not taking this seriously. We have to stop wondering why our domestic is so shit.

Wasnt it Travor Mutsamba was surprised to see him listed as absent yesterday and wondered what had happened, if thats the case it might point to guys not taking this seriously and thats really worrying considering this is our only way available currently to prep guys for the next level.

I terms of seam bowling resources is this really how far our bowling stocks go. Injury to Ngavara or Blessing would be doom of us. Chivanga has been out of commission for a mighty long time will he been coming back at all. He did take part in the shirt sponsor promo so maybe he is in rehabilitation. I do think Chivanga, Chatara, Nyauchi fall in the same hat. It would folly for Nyauchi to throw his FC captain Chatara under the bus like that. Outside these guys it sad how Musuku just fell away, Chinouya is never in the conversation. They wanted to have a look a Chataira before the injury. Kuda Macheka seems to be a meth but hasnt really been given a chance at FC level. Seems we really do need Newman and Gwandu to come good.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'
