The XI picks itself.
1. Masakazda
2. Mire
3. Ervine
4. Taylor (WK)
5. Raza
6. PJ Moor
7. Waller
8. Cremer
9. Chisoro
10. Jarvis
11. Chatara
I would imagine that Murray would be fighting with PJ and Waller for a spot. Muvuta with Chisoro and Blessing and Mpofu with Jarvis and Chatara.

Sean Williams instead of chisoro would have been ideal squad ..can't believe he has been dropped he was so good with his bowling in srilanka also made a half century in the first matchzimfan1 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2018 1:45 pmThe XI picks itself.

This lineup especially minus Williams means that Razas bowling is going to have to be top notch. We'll be needing 10 in most games.

Williams would have been helpful in BD pitches. I remember he got 5 fer probably 7 wk in one oneday domestic match few years back.

Interestingly I think a lot of his victims in that 7-fer where his fellow right handed ZIM batsman. Perhaps I stand to be corrected.saifulsohel05 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2018 6:35 pmWilliams would have been helpful in BD pitches. Bangladesh squad also has quite a few questionable picks. Taskin and Soumya being dropped as was expected, but instead of Abu Hider Rony and Mosaddek, we have Abul Hasan and Mohammad Mithun. Nasir Hossain also finds a spot despite being overlooked for most of the past few years.

There must be something else going on with Williams. Fair enough he was left out of the Test match in SA but should be an auto pick here.

4. Taylor
5. Moor/Murray
6. Raza
7. Waller
8. Cremer

I have always rated Waller but i wanna see a real wicket keeper keeping wicket. Fed up with artificial keepers who are there mainly to bat.
I rate Moor because he can clear the ropes so easily when he's on song. It's between Moor and Waller.
Re: ZIM-BD-SL Tri Series 2018: Pre-series Discussion
I've been a strong supporter of Streak & Taibu but I don't get this squad, Murray is the big shock I don't know how anyone can think he is a better option than Williams.
Seems like the 8-3 lineup is also dead
4 seamers and 3 spinners is a lot of bowling, we haven't left ourselves any options if our batsman are out of form
