Well, of course, he was a planned future question from my end. I had not seen his recent picture. It is Maqbul Dudhia who was a pacer in his playing days, and was the first CEO of Bangladesh cricket board.

I only came across him when I was looking at former Zim players of Asian decent with regards to your last question, Crimson.

Macky Dudhia, as he is more often called, has built a pretty impressive CV over the years. Apart from his stint with the BCB he also worked for the ICC as development officer for Africa and is now general manager of Dubai Sports City and thereby in charge of their impressive new cricket stadium and academy.

He played a handful of matches for Zim against various touring sides in the early 80ies and also represented Zim in two ICC Trophy matches.

Well done! It is the University of Dar-es-Salaam Ground, Tanzania where Zim women defeated Uganda women. Did not explicitly specify that it was women's national team in the question to try and trick people but that was good reasoning
