WTF!!! How can he be acceptable at all to anyone who loves the game? I don't want to defend Willams but WTF is this guy dishing out here? <Sorry for the language>

And saw all those videos. The guys just look and talk lousy, disinterested and naive. Surely, Taylor and Chigumbura, where is the pride and confidence? Utseya, man, its horrible to watch him - can't we even get a smile? Moor's was the only energetic interview for me. Others looked less like guys in a training camp but more like guys waiting for their turn to go to the gas chamber during holocaust. May be the effect of the camp itself...

It's a good mentality he has. If this is true that Sean Williams has been missing sessions and only training for half the time, then his inclusion is becoming less and less justifiable. However I have my doubts here. This is coming from a guy who physically assaulted a player and still managed to keep his position. I don't know what to think but yea, this interview really illustrates this guy no nonsense, hard ass approach to coaching.

I remember reading somewhere that Sean Williams was given compassionate leave, so it looks as if he returned to training later than what he should have.

He was spending time with his fiancé, he's an idiot in my view, always wants to be treated differently. He is not in the squad for this tour so move on!

Unfortunately Sean refused to take part in fitness exercises and called coach MFIRE a donkey and PIG + Wanker. This openned the door for Craig Ervine but come world cup we should see him in the 15 man squad.

Not on if that's the case. Ervine should have been in anyway!

What kills me about our guys doing interviews is that they repeat the question in their answer, like they're doing a Grade 7 comprehension test. They can't just let it flow. PJ was pretty good, especially for a St John's boy! He's definitely going to Bangladesh, by the way. Happy young man.

I am all for picking players on form, but when you do not have any quality players to select, then you select the most experienced and higher level players you have. Williams is one of the few we have who is international level. He should be a no brainer. Yes, its not fair if he refuses to not train and so on, but if that is the case, then it needs to be addressed properly. I sense that Mangongo just lashed out at him straight away, never gave him a chance to explain himself or understand the situation. Things are going to go downhill quickly with Mangongo there.

As for the interviews, it comes with the quality of the media team you have. Our Zim media team are not really quality. Lets be honest. It sounds like a ZC board member picked one of his nephews for the job. He has a phone and he is conducting the interviews with his phone camera. Quite simple really. The guy doing the interview is making many basic journalistic errors.

I am not a Mangongo fan at all, but if Sean Williams refused to train and swore at the coach he deserves not to be selected.
