Admission to the forum

As a long serving member, I'd like an administrator to start permitting new members to join. I know of at least four individuals who have been waiting for some time and would love to be a part of the forum. One of those individuals is a member of Rockingham CC and has done a lot for school cricket in the country.

Their form at posting on rockingham CC’s forum is no good here. Can’t just grant posting privileges to guys from England like that based on nothing.

They need to read the forum as registered guests a few seasons, then maybe, just maybe, if they get noticed they will get some posts approved in the ‘other cricket forum’, few more seasons of that and they should be good to go in the main forum.

Good to go assuming injury or prolonged periods of none posting from other guys from England obviously.

Hey I’ve tried to fight this battle but everytime a mod appears the forum collectively gushes at their return without asking these questions.

The mods don't appear here regularly and when they do, they ignore anything that members bring forward. Nothing against them personally, but as a forum, they need to either elect people who are active to work on their behalf, or do something different so the forum can grow.

The move to the discord didn't go quite well for some reason. Discord is so easy and fluent to work with it would be a much better platform and easy to manage.

BRMT cant change anything now he says, he had a window of opportunity at one point though.


Not sure what is up with Maehara, I believe he is active on twitter and he must be paying the fee's for this place. I guarantee that if he did make an appearance people would just say 'Good to see you again' and he will say thanks and disappear oncemore before a question on the topic is asked.

It's understandable people would prefer here. This is where the knowledge base is and the historical data, and habit of course.

It just needs a software update and some mods in the right timezones.

The discord is a back up in the event that the forum crashes and everything is lost. it connects us if the website dies
