Harare to Hatcliffe

The part about Agar talking of the kid who has the perfect wrist position on spin stood out to me. It is obvious we have raw talent but when you look at our side and our set up, it's clear that there is no grassroots work being done. There was another video someone posted a while ago and the kid has such a great action for a fast bowler, but again, similar problem.

Yet we have all these development coaches! What are they doing to justify their salaries. If Agar can spot a talent what’s stopping our muppets?
These guys need to be treated like kids. They need to be told month 1- go and find 5 kids with natural ability. Month 2- video their progress under your coaching and provide logs of time spent with them.
Month 3- you’re fired coz you’re a lazy twat.

It seems the development coaches are also demotivated by whats happening to Zim cricket

They’ve always been demotivated. I think they’ve had bilharzia for 20 years.
