Can we not offer Williams, Ervine and Raza a semi-retirement?

Same salary, no Logan Cup or Test cricket. Our T10 and T20 tournaments last for about a week at a time. The List A tournament is about a month long. Williams has been doing it for a while and seems to be working out well for him. If they feel like playing a test then just let them. We need another 18 months minimum. Logan Cup cricket is what takes months to complete.

Retirement might not be around the corner for the big 3, Ervine was asked the question and his response was that they wanted to be around for the next WC when Zimbabwe co-host it.
