Unlike the ODI series, we had lots of test contributors

This is evidence that the team is now moving towards team efforts which are fruitful .If everyone is clinical then the we should have won soon become massive wins .

Yeah, I'm really impressed with our gains - just imagine where we would be if we could catch!

Even the captain himself has weaknesses in taking catches .We might think our bowling attack is not to scratch but they are creating chances that are being fluuffed .Even sitters are being dropped . :D :D :D

We've managed to take 51 wickets in 3 tests. If we had held on to just a few more we'd have been very close to bowling out all of the teasm twice. For our bowlers to have achieved that many chances is well above my July expectations.

Jarvis had probably had about 5 wickets dropped by his fielders.

I think there are huge plus points to take from the Tests, plenty, also, Centurions Hami, Brendan (x2), Mawoyo, and near Centuries Vusi, Waller (he ran out of partners), and all batsmen made at least a half century, Taibu, only Ervine and Chakabva missing out.

Areas of concern: Fielding which although not sorted was markedly better in the NZ series, experience (which will come with time), batsmen playing poor shots to get out, hopefully they will learn from this. Overall I am satisfied with the progress.
1. Mawoyo 2. Duffin 3. Sibanda 4. Taylor 5. Masakadza 6. Williams 7. Chakabva 8. Creamer 9. Jarvis 10. Rainsford 11. Mpofu

4 centuries in three tests is well above our historical average
