That's Gus Mackay, who proved to be a disaster as CEO at Sussex.

He may have been ok behind the scenes, how would we know ?, but was hopeless on the PR front at a club which prides itself on it's open and friendly attitude towards its supporters.

He has naffed off to Surrey now so we don't have to put up with him anymore, a disappointment, a big disappointment.

Initially he was fairly popular as he seemed to have bought into the attitude at the club, gradually though he just drifted away and seemed to do his best to keep away from us whenever possible.

The final straw was the 'Questions and answers' session on the messageboard, we sent the questions, he didn't provide the answers, at all.

He seemed to have virtually no contact with us and it was no surprise when the Surrey position was announced, no tears appear to have been shed on our behalf ......
