So lets get this right he is good enough to [quote]Tawanda Bidi he is known to strike fear in most national team batsman during net bowling sessions however the boy lacks consistency and accuracy and compousure [/quote
The coaching staff have made very little effort to develop this guy but they think he is good enough as a nets bowler to prepare national players.

Give the guy a chance please

You can teach line and length but you can't teach pace .....

Guys like Bidi and Aliseni should be invested in by ZC ......

If true, that's very correct.

Thing is, everyone's relying on their naked eye, and the naked eye lies.

You got a bunch of dudes bowling 123-126 km/HR, then when a 135 bowler steams in, they look like 150ish.

Also some bowlers just look quicker than they are on account of their Runup. Watching BBL, Joel Paris and doing Bollinger steam in but aren't really quicker than this big ogre dude named Trent lawford who trundles in and bowls mid 130s with no effort.

We need some one on the scene to make some of these assesments, with most of the series we have palyed at home they trnd not to diaplay how fast the bolwers aare bolwing.
The last i remember was the south africa test match were they showed the speeds.

I guess with the naked eye it can be tricky to judge, but i guess its always the case, noone is empasizing on speed in the coaching department they are all talking line And lenghth thats why we are ending up with so many medium pacers.

They has to be a rethink in the coaching department at franchise level, no more medium pacers unless they can swing it a mile.

Carl Mumba has 16 wickets in 3 first class matches this season, the fact he isn't even in the A Team is confusing to say the least ......

Mumba and Musoko are the feature lets get them involved now .....
