Re: [Match Thread] Bangladesh v Zimbabwe 4th ODI
Any theories on why Zimbabwe suffer so spectacularly from batting collapses? I don't think any other side loss the plot like Zimbabwe. They never seem to lose 1 wicket, it's nearly always in batches of 2/3. Is it just poor batters, poor coaching, poor mindset? Don't believe it's experience, most of ...

Re: ZC meets players in an attempt to avert strike
There is no reason for ZImbabwe to be stripped of its Full Member status, and ireland will not replace anyone. You kidding me, Zimbabwe are a disgrace to the ICC. The amount of money Zimbabwe have been allocated and they won't even pay their players. They cant afford to host any touring teams, Afgh...

Re: ZC meets players in an attempt to avert strike
The time has come for Zimbabwe to be striped of full member status. Too corrupt, they've had chance after chance but have no interest in reforming their system. Ireland should be promoted in their place. It's disgraceful a board that won't pay their players is allowed sit at the top table and one th...

Re: Ireland
I see the official 'other' team of ZCF, Ireland just pulled of a tie against Pakistan in Dublin. Other team of ZCF??? How many Zimbabweans exactly have played for Ireland?? Apologises I think I have misread the initial post! Regarding restrictions. As far as I am aware, if granted test status, Iris...

Re: How to close a day's play
Today for the last 15 overs Zim didn't try to score any runs. The batsmen all sat back and played for close. That handed Bangladesh the momentum. They could attack knowing Zim wouldn't be playing attacking shots. If Mawayo and Masakadza played positively Bangladesh would have been forced onto the ba...

Re: Kyle v Keegan
i would have picked Meth myself, but i guess it was a matter of gameplan when picking between the 2. As we have seen Jarvis and Vitori opening the bowling then Chigs and Mpofu coming in. I'M sure the next test in Byo Meth would definately be in. Bowlers have been very good in this test, why change ...

Re: [Match thread] Only Test - Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
Another collapse, what's sad is it not even a slight surprise. When teams play Zim they don't think one wicket will bring two they think one will bring four or five. Zimbabwe are paying for not being aggressive enough, the just seemed happy to survive till stumps. Being cautious is all well and goo...
