UK PLayers in Zim?
I notice that there are a couple of UK players who have made appearances in the Logan Cup and other domestic competitions? How does this work? Does anyone have a working knowledge of how this is arranged. My reason for asking is there is a youngster who was born in Zim, currently playing at the Loug...

Re: Nathan Gilchrist selected for England Lions tour
English father, Zimb mother. Schooled in Joburg.
He's playing at Kent, good mates with Tawanda Muyeye. At one stage said he'd rather play for Zim that South Africa but first prize was England. Looks like he's well on the way. Special talent - fast and spicy bowler.

Re: State of SA
Tiny guy throws big shadow. Very impressed with Temba Bavuma - handled the whole issue well. Refused to condemn QDK in any way - said he's still one of the boys and we'll have a chat. Kept it calm and diplomatic and respected QDK's right to refuse. Very well handled. QKD's comments after the apology...

Re: State of SA
I did some media work with the SA cricket team while it was under Graeme Smith's leadership. Have to say I was very unimpressed. One of the team sent me a video of Biff's team talk before a Test Against Australia. I'd liken it to a U15 rugby psych up. Lots of screaming and yelling at the players and...

Re: Zimbos in the UK 2021
Upper 140's maybe - something like that. Definitely faster than Eddo and Henry Olonga. He had a whippy action with a loose wrist - Richard Snell had a similar delivery. Made it look deceptively effortless, the flick wrist put more spin on the ball, causing it to fizz a little more. Cause was a chara...
