Another milestone from Hamilton
If you follow this link http://stats.cricinfo.com/ci/content/re ... 82854.html you will notice that Hamilton Masakadza has become the third batsman to score 1000 runs this year, with a total of 1064. The other two are Ricky Pointing and Michael Hussey, both from Australia.

Mazza was in fact the second batsman to reach there, Hussey did it afterwards. in terms of aggregate this year, HM is still in 2nd place, with at least 4 more scheduled matches left this year. Hope he finishes on top!

Till now, only 3 plaers have scored 1000 calendar runs.
Out of these three, Masakadza
played fewer matches,
is the only one with 50 plus avg,
better strike rate,
maxium centuries,
more 4's and
maximum 6's
