None of the usual broadcasters of Zimbabwe Cricket (willow.tv in America, Sony India or Supersport South Africa etc) have this series listed in their guides so it's not looking promising that we will actually be able to see this.
A stream looks like our only hope (as in a direct stream produced from the ground, not a dodgy internet stream stolen from the broadcast).
Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka broadcast?
Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka broadcast?
Well 1 of the biggest costs of hosting a test is the broadcasting and the Hawkeye.I'm assuming there has to be a link because of that
Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka broadcast?
I’ve heard via via that AC and Mr Vermuelen had a deal with ZC over broadcasting. I don’t know if it’s true or more than that, but that was the rumour in a rumour filled country. I even heard a figure of $30k per game, again just heresay, not saying it’s true.
Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka broadcast?
Was also wondering about Hawkeye. I suspect this may be DRS free.

I'm pretty sure the ICC has said in the past that every test match MUST be televised. No doubt a livestream will pop up somewhere on match day.
Re: Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka broadcast?
You're right spitfires. It was why Sri Lanka's hosting of Ireland was cancelled. No TV deal in place.

I believe television production of Zimbabwe Cricket was by Sony Pictures Network India (formerly Taj tv which was purchased by Sony in 2017) who also produce tv coverage for West Indies, Sri Lanka and Pakistan cricket, but their contract with ZC expired in 2019.

Doesn't look like that deal has been renewed. We'll see.

Still nothing on Willow here in the USA. Not a good sign.
