He plays seam very well, but he is a sitting duck against international quality spin bowlers. Watch and see.
When Williams, Ervine and Raza retire I honestly don't see us winning another game in any format.
I'm willing to bet on it in fact :lol:
Looks that way at the moment but we live in hope hey?

I hear there's some u16 and u19 age group club cricket of some kind going on in Bulawayo this month apparently, and it's actually aligned to the local league clubs themselves, with some good commercial sponsorship and a load of new equipment from the Lord's Taverners. About 50 kids at u16 and 50 at u19 involved, with a dozen or so white kids. And a handful of senior players from Tuskers doing some coaching sessions for them.

Anyone with any more info, please share!

Thanks Zimfan1. I found the U16 version as well;

Ouch - extremely one sided!!! It's a step in the right direction anyway and nice to see some initiative at least. It's a very long time since we've had age group cricket actually aligned to local clubs and it sounds well organised from what I've heard.

Excellent, now this is what I’m talking about. Thank God for the generous sponsorship and the multi-racial make-up of the teams. This right here is essential for ZimCricket going forward. We can never go wrong with domestic youth tournaments/leagues. At this level kids need hours in the middle, hours in the nets. The high scores and results will come later

Bless thier hearts, Bulawayo Polytechnic needs to go back to the drawing board. We can’t be having 50 all outs. It’s demoralising. Matchfixing fiasco aside, it would have been aggregous having Brendan Taylor sitting at home twiddling his thumbs whilst these kids clearly have no-one to teach them how to bat

Who's the white/asian/light skinned guy with blonde highlights? I thought maybe Faraz Akram but I don't think it is.
