Allan Donald to Coach Mountaineers!

An article from cricinfo states that Allan Donald the South African great is taking over as Mountaineers coach!

So now we have Andrew Hall, Allan Donald, Jason Gillespie, Heath Streak all coaching different teams. Some bowling talent there, hope it rubs off :D

Absolutely outrageous. Zim cricket has never been close to this wealth of experience before. The turnaround in the last 18 months has been almost unbelievable to be honest. Let's just hope that the steady onfield progress is maintained. Also, with so many genuine steps forward, there will inevitably be a couple in the wrong direction in the coming months. We must stay patient when this happens and remember the bigger picture, which is one of an almost complete turnaround in fortunes from 2 years ago...

great for the youngsters and especially for the young up anc coming bowlers ! allan donald is simply one of the quickets and greatest bowlers in the last 20 years even history . I hope all this good news and signings keeps coming because its only going to get better !

Try the other definition, Zimdoggy: "Greatly exceeding the bounds of reason or moderation". The way the franchises have been signing foreign names certainly counts as that...

Good news, but when he was bowling coach for England for a while i read he wasn't very good, but any help for Zimbabwe cricket gets is great!

Good news for zim cricket .Young players like Tripano and Chitara can shine this season under his coaching.
