12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

Oh wow, what a win! I wasn't able to see the game, but I was getting updates on my phone and I read the last few overs on Cricinfo. That is a hugely satisfying win considering the attitude Bangladesh's fielding coach had the other day.
If we batted better, which we should have, then it wouldn't have been as close as it was. Pretty gutsy decision to bring Meth on at the death when Taylor had overs remaining, those sort of decisions can go either way - so hopefully Meth gets some confidence out of that and Chigumbura can be pretty pleased too.
I'm not sure why the selectors are mucking around with the order. Dabengwa in for Masakadza? Dabengwa's 8 runs and 0/32 surely will see that rectified for the 2nd ODI.
Chakabva looks to have done well, if Masakadza comes back in then it should be a simple case of moving everyone else one slot down. Meth might be in trouble, it was a pitch for the spinners (as they tend to always be in Bangladesh) so Cremer was unlucky to miss out.
