Can confirm. Coventry makes sense, the others don't. They are doing it under the guise of trying to engage with other countries to redevelop economic and diplomatic ties.

We all know make 6 of them will engage in some of that, the rest will be out shopping and spending wildly. Apparently sanctions only apply when they need to do any actual work back home.
