All over. Somehow we only won by 76 runs (DL)

Seychelles would've been better off playing shots and being 30/8. Probably would have been enough time wasted to not make the 5 over cut-off.

Best option if Zim win the toss is to always bowl first. Get the teams out quickly and chase it down quickly.

Anyways, got the 2 points today which is all that matters. It will be more of a battle between Zimbabwe and Rain than anything else in this tournament.

I enjoyed the fact the Seychelles captain is 52, is their national tennis head coach and hasn’t played cricket for Seychelles since 2012

A result that we should be consistently getting against our African compatriots, even Uganda. One thing I would say is that some of our wickets were still due to basic errors, mostly the lack of foot movement, which we need to fix.

As for the Seychelles captain, not sure where everyone is getting 51 years old from. Cricinfo has him listed as 32

ICC lists him as 52 and his tennis profile says he has ‘nearly 30 years coaching experience’!

I find with duck worth you can get some real head scratchers.

I will never forget the UAE match.

Ya, rain knocking about; no results and net run rates might come into it.

Tons, 300 and breaking records are all good, but it’s us, something will go wrong at some point. It’s better just to put qualification beyond doubt.

Someone’s made a typo regarding their skipper. Various places have him born in 1972 and 1992, both 16th September. I’d go with 1972 myself based on the tennis evidence, it’s highly improbable there’s two murungus with the same name in the Seychelles
