I would rather have had Wes and Kaitano in the ODI squads but I'm assuming that means they have a lineup in mind already. As a player you just have to take any opportunity you get. They clearly want to rest the fast bowlers as mentioned.

It's much easier to take a chance on a raw fast bowler than batsman for me.

You have to wonder what on earth Nick has to do.

Presumably convert to Islam and attend Raza’s mosque, or buy Makoni a new car a la Faraz.

Partly aimed at Mangongo I would think.
They offered the captaincy to Maruma for the List A and he refused point blank. Solid man with principles.
Fair play. Gone up in my estimation

Ya we haven't seen anyone that can bowl 6 decent balls, may as well have a guy that can bowl a hooping in-swinger to a right hander twice an over.

Maposa Mania is weird, he won the game with 12 off 4 with the bat. Went for 12 in his one over.
Look we know he's got more to offer than that, but a good spell from Nyamhuri is definitely going to be more threatening. Swing is king.

They should have, at the very least, selected Campbell for ODIs. This is shameless stuff.

It is shameless. But ZC have no morals.

The pick their favourites and when stats dont align, theyll make excuses like Musakiwa is a finisher.

Its so stupid you cant make it up...oh wait!

Maybe N Welch and Jono will join the team for the Tests.

The official ZC spokesperson appears to have confirmed on X that Jono is in the Test squad, and Raza isn't.
