You are contradicting your post. If he is not a good test bowler and shouldn't be in test team then why wasting the practicing opportunity by giving him chance to bowl? Rather give that chance to the ones who will be in the real showA_BD_Fan wrote:Bro you are a sensible poster...have read your posts in BC forum as well, though am not a member there.warwolf wrote: This is Razzak's test statistics...

How can he be a good bowler for test? He is 29 years old. Why didn't Shakib Riyad yet? Why removed Nasir just after getting the wicket? He seemed to do fine.
Your statistics backs your claim up, but i meant in general. Razzak aint a good test bowler, would not mean not giving him a few overs in the practice match. Everyone needs to brush up.
As you mentioned you are not worried about the result of this match, hence removing Nasir shouldnt be our concern. Now as i type, Ashraful is back. Does that means he is a better bowler...?!? Thing is Shakib is just gambling and i accept that we as fans might not like losing this match...but hey lets face it, we are losing.
Razzak should not be there for the tests...we need a batsman and IMO, Shuvagoto is a better option.

Forster cn sneak in a century here, 14 to win, 13 for milestone!
Re: [Match thread] Zimbabwe XI vs Bangladeshis (Tour match)
Forster is making a irresistable case for himself, He is effectively saying to the Zim selectors ' leave me out at your peril' he has effectively won the match for them single handed barring a mad collapse

You are assuming that this practice match is ONLY for the test, which is fine but my point is...its a practice match before the whole tournament begins and that includes the ODIs.
And who guaranteed you that Razzak will fire in the one-dayers, who has foretold that he will be the man making the difference? This aint Chittagong or Dhaka, its Harare!
I have mentioned every player needs to brush up...i am not for playing Razzak directly in the ODIs and in between doing nothing. Now, playing him here does not guarantee him a spot in the test. Probably even Nasir wont get and as Ashfarul will get a nod being a senior player. Does that mean there is no point playing Nasir...?
I have not contradicted, but stated my point of view.

Tea , 13 to win, 13 for Forster ton. The Bangladeshis are treating this impending loss as their ''customary/traditional one'' for the tour, implyin that they expected this and their team will bounce back. I dont buy it, I dunno abwt u guyz but i somehow thnk that the tradition is in the past, wat do u thnk ? Have we turned the corner? Are we back ? Do we have it in us to return the title '' weeping boyz of world cricket'' to its true owners this tour? I hope so

Well done. I believe its only a matter of time before the hard work these guys having been putting begin to produce the right results. This win can only do the boys a whole lot of good. Well done to Foster. Its about time he has GO in the team.
