It’s a balance between whether evans’ bowling would bring more value to the side than say the runs of Bennett, Curran, Jonno or Welch do.

I think ZC would rather have those four guys making runs and get by with Gwandu/Nyamhuri as a change bowler than having evans in the side and an unreliable batter, say, Dion myers for example.

Does anybody know why Evans actually hasn't been selected?
He's no longer on their radar apparently.

Mountaineers drop Nick Welch for the final game clearly he is not in the T20 future plans for the national team. Yet they persist with Gumbie.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'
