Why change a winning formula..... As for Ervine's so called bad "run of form", one example of a similar situation, Alistar Cook went through a similar run about 18months ago and the media and fans were calling for his head, but the coaching staff and selectors have stuck with him and look at his results in these last 12-18 months..he was player of the Ashes for England, has now been made captain, and has just scored near on 300 against the best team in the world!!...all we need as Zimbabweans now is a little faith and support for our players and we will be fine!!

These guys have basically got this series to prove themeselves in the ODI's I would give ervine maybe until after PAkistan cos I would like the person who replaces him to have a decent run as well. Eish with elton ist just a difficult one for me. Will sit on the fence for a while until after the Pakistani series.

I wouldn't mess with the side for the remainder of this series - give people a chance to play themselves into form (against weaker opposition), then make changes for the Pakistan series, if any.

And talk of dropping Taibu is silliness. He's one of the world's best, if not *the* best, 'keepers, and having him chirping behind you will keep any batsmen on their toes. He's worth his place for that alone, his batting is just a bonus.
