have been saying the bowling's been good, bu tit's taken the end of the 7th over for one to actually beat a batsman.

This is just bad! Basic errors which should be rectified! jarvis is sending down easy pickings off the pads! Would've been hit for a lot more boundaries has Guptil instead of Nicol faced most of them.
