It seems as though Craig Ervine is beating out the hybrid player Sean Williams-Ervine in this poll.

I don;t understand this forum seriously!eugene wrote:It seems as though Craig Ervine is beating out the hybrid player Sean Williams-Ervine in this poll.
Never in a million years did I think any player apart from Vusi, Taibu, Taylor, Hami & Matsi could be rated higher than Sean Williams!
It's pretty clear to me that in these parts, once you're out of sight your stock mysteriously falls!
What's next - Meth is a better bowler than Ireland, Malcolm has a better cover drive than Barney Rogers?
1Mawoyo 2Vusi 3Hami 4Taylor(c) 5Craig 6Matsi 7Taibu(wk) 8Elton 9Cremer 10Rainsford 11Mpofu 12Jarvis
Re: Craig vs SEAN... WHO IS THE BETTER BATSMAN?
Sean Williams is certainly a talented batsman, unfortunately he is a bit of an unknown entity at the moment as he hasn't played internationally for a while.

I'm pretty sure that, as of right now, Malcolm Waller would have a better cover drive than Barney Rogers. Mainly because Rogers doesn't play any cricket...

I've always said that seeing Sean Williams at 3 and Ervine at 5 would make me feel so much more assured
Re: Craig vs SEAN... WHO IS THE BETTER BATSMAN?
Williams at 3 would be awesome.

I wouldn't feel comfortable batting him so high, as he never does higher than 5 for the Tuskers. I'll certainly agree that he has earned his spot in the test squad, and I'd be hopeful that he will be able to make a contribution.eugene wrote:Williams at 3 would be awesome.

Williams, Craig Ervine, Sibanda and Mazakadza should be names put down every single time we play, in all formats.aydee wrote:I wouldn't feel comfortable batting him so high, as he never does higher than 5 for the Tuskers.
