Weather is very foggy. Can't see the wicket let alone the other side of the pitch from the sideline.
If it carries on there won't be much cricket played the next few days.

Jeepers...what happened to the Afghan batting - they went from 149/2 to 217 all out in the space of 19 overs. Nyumbu takes a 5-fer. If we bat sensibly, we might have a shot at victory here.

Duh...correction: they could end up losing this, as they've tumbled to 71/4. The soft underbelly of our batting lineup will soon be exposed, and it will take a special bowling performance tomorrow to save the match.

OK, a bit better, 127/4 at stumps. Musakanda and Chari have done a good job without leaking more wickets. Reggie's been pretty average in this match. We lead by 145 runs with 6 wickets remaining. The first session will be interesting tomorrow.

So, they've done well to bring this back from the ominous situation we were in yesterday. Chari's got a good century. Why the hell didn't they declare and try to win this match?

Finally, we declare with a lead of 312 runs.
Zimbabwe A 235 & 294/8d
Afghanistan A 217

Is a victory still possible, with 3 hours of play left? It'll probably depend on whether the Afghans are conservative or gung-ho in their approach...

Time to prefer Mufudza and Chikomba over Mshangwe I think.
