The Way Zimbabwe Cricket Graph has going down after Black Empowerment Policy & Qouta System from 2003, now in 2016 its seema in lowest phase. Zimbabwe team can't even stand up and fight now against the top opposition.
In 90s, same Zimbabwe use to show tough fight thrillers with strong team, they were impressive unit in odi cricket, beat India, Pakistan, New Zealand, whitewashed England in odis, with best show in 1999 World Cup.
Comming to recent performances, Zimbabwe Cricket has been shattered, it was way back in 2015 when Zimbabwe last won an odi sereis against Ireland, since then it has been sereis of defeats, it has been worst performances throughout two years. Blames have been given to coaches, same bunches have been retained despite of huge failures, under 19s have been ignored both in domestic cricket as well as international cricket. ' A ' teams have been featured by senior players, very few of them like Mumba, Masvaure, Musakanda have been given chances. Rest all have been the failure guys.
ZIMBABWE's PERFORMANCE :
1) AFGHANISTAN ( TWICE 3-2)
2) INDIA ( 5-0 & 3-0)
3) NEW ZEALAND (3-0 IN ODIS, 2-0 IN TEST)
4) PAKISTAN ( 4-1, 3-0 IN ODIS)
5) BANGLADESH ( 5-0 IN ODIS)
Zimbabwe is doing better in soccer, money should be spend now in developing football, as the players have got skills and can do best at the international level, whereas no skills are there in cricket, failing for last 13 years, with same old horses. Youths are always overlooked

Cricket is a game of skill not skin, wheather it be white or blacks, talents should be there, at present, the bunches Zimbabwe preferring again ana again over last 5 to 6 years are purely unskilled, if they are being given 500 odis & 300 test, they will loose everything.
Coaches should'nt be blamed, selectors should be blamed, they need some hard work to do, in finding talents in Zimbabwe & remove their negetative attitude and bulid better set up towards u19 players, who are flying to other countries

Selectors can't have answers beyond this bunch of looser
1)Elton Chigumbura 2) Sikandar Raza Butt, 3)Regis Chakabva 4)Chamunorwa Chibhabha 5) Graeme Cremer 6)Hamilton Masakadza 7) Richmond Mutumbami,8)Tinashe Panyangara, 9)Vusimuzi Sibanda 10) Donald Tiripano, 11)Brian Vitori 12) Malcolm Waller 13) Sean Williams 14) Craig Ervine 15) Peter Moor 16) Brian Chari 17) Tino Mawayo 18) 19) T.Maruma 20) C.Mpofu
21)S.Masakadza 22) Jhon Nyumbhu

Over the last four years, Zimbabwe are concentrating on these bunch of loosers, anyone who is underperformed they moved it to the alternatives. Its Musakanda only left to see if he has any sort of talent for international cricket Zimbabwe Selectors have no answers except selecting the same bunch of loosers, in test, odi or a t20, as a matter, the results are also same loosing every games.
