Hammy’s best chance was to bat through that knock, I reckon that’s going to seize up when he rests it. Different game when the playing field is level, the boys are looking solid. They were also overawed because we don’t play the top teams, now they’re wanting to fight, but the horse has bolted. I’m sick and tired of these condescending commentators. Let’s just hope this farce doesn’t rub off too negatively on the guys confidence, that had been building up in the last few months. We have an actual very important few months coming up, and I’d have always preferred 3 ODIs vs these guys instead of this massive waste of time. We would’ve competed, too.

I couldn't agree more.
We would have certainly given them a run for their money in a limited overs series.
This was always going to be a disaster as the likes of Morkal and Vern are hard to play with a red ball in India, on a lifeless deck, let alone under lights with a pink ball.

I just think some of the shots we've played have been so so bad, and weak. We are better than this
