That Documentary was special man! Loved it Gone are the days when you could do a documentary like that without a load of papers and clearances and police escorts etc etc

Aw isn't he cute haha!
Video's like this can shine a whole new light on somebody, and I'm extremely happy for Stuart that he managed to reach he dream of playing for Zimbabwe in over 100 ODI's. I think his days as an international cricketer could(and i emphasize that word), be over. But I love being proved wrong, and I certainly think he should be around the A sides in the near future...

As I've said countless times before andybligz, don't write him off. We've seen a lot of evidence recently to show that what we thought we had, and is better than some of these senior players, was rather premature of us. I'd quite like to see him around the A or XI sides, and hopefully push on from there. When we resume Tests and ODI tours fully, I wouldn't want to see any of the regular national team players feature inthe A or XI sides. What I would like to see is two or three of the fringe senior players integrated with these youngsters who clearly still have to spend a lot of time proving themselves in domestic cricket.
Matsi is a legend. Even then you could see his pride, determination and passion.

It would be criminal if he was not kept around the national set up, even if it is not as a player, to share his wisdom and experience.

The man is a legend, he was one of our stellar performers in the wilderness years.

God Bless Matsi.

I'd love you to be proved wrong too, Ryan.

So bring back, bring back, bring back my Matsi to me to me.

We need to forget Sean Ervine.

People here pine for him like a jilted lover pines for an ex.

Sean Ervine is yesterdays news, as are Ireland and Bligz. Let's rejoice in what we have. Craig Ervine looks like being just as good.

i agree but i cant im from perth western australia he came here and played a few seasons i also saw him tackle the likes of gillespie, lee and mcgrath and he had the talent to face them he also bowled very well. he was a crowd favourite and the nickname slug was introduced over here.i still think one day he will come back as will ireland once test cricket is going nicely and zim cricket sorts its self out. bligz will never return nor should he , but i am his greatest fan he was a freak with so much talent but sucha waste. i hope someone will come along soon in the nxt few years as a quality all rounder like blignaut.

I have always wondered if one of the pro-Matsi people on this forum is really Matsi himself.
