not quite the end of his career - he was a darn sight younger than G Flower. Why didn't Flower do it before? i guess they didn't know what to do -- then an opportunity (or idea) arose ...

Looks like he has also done a good job as a coach. Mountaineers winning the group stage and he seems to have made some useful overseas signings.
